As a Marketing Manager – Brand and Communications at Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the Honda brand's image in India. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies that align with Honda’s business objectives and enhance brand awareness. Plan and manage advertising campaigns, including digital, print, TV, and radio, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all media channels. Work with creative agencies to create impactful advertisements, promotional materials, and content for various platforms (online, offline, events). Plan and execute product launches, events, and marketing campaigns to generate excitement and interest in new product offerings. Oversee media planning, budgeting, and negotiation with media vendors to optimize ad spend and maximize reach. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, leads, and ROI. Manage Honda’s social media presence and ensure consistent, high-quality content that engages with customers and enhances brand loyalty. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, product management, and R&D to align marketing strategies with product and business goals. Develop and implement public relations strategies to improve Honda’s reputation in the market, including managing press releases and media relations. Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, industry trends, and competitors to inform marketing strategies. Track market developments and adjust marketing tactics to capitalize on new opportunities or address emerging challenges.
