Job Description

As a Sales Manager – Dealer Management at Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing the dealership network, driving sales performance, and ensuring that dealerships meet the required standards of performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with regional sales teams and dealerships to implement sales strategies, track performance, and develop business plans to achieve sales targets. You will act as a bridge between the company and its dealers, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure that dealers deliver on their commitments to customers and the brand. Your role will involve managing the relationship with existing dealers, recruiting new ones, and continuously driving the growth of the business.
