Job Description: The R&D Chemist will be responsible for developing new formulations and improving existing lab consumables, reagents, and chemicals. You'll work alongside QA, production, and regulatory teams to innovate and ensure compliance with global standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and test new laboratory reagents, solutions, and materials. Conduct stability and shelf-life studies. Document experimental data and maintain lab notebooks. Collaborate with product management for pilot and scale-up batches. Maintain cleanroom or GMP lab practices as required.
