Job Description: We are looking for a Lead Automation Engineer to oversee the design and development of automation systems using PLCs and SCADA for laboratory and industrial applications. You will lead a team of engineers, work with clients and internal stakeholders, and ensure delivery of robust and compliant automation solutions. The role includes full project lifecycle management—from requirement analysis to final testing and commissioning. Key Responsibilities: Develop control logic and HMI/SCADA interfaces. Lead programming, testing, and validation of automation software. Supervise a team of automation engineers and guide them through project execution. Conduct internal testing and customer acceptance trials (FAT/SAT). Prepare documentation for projects including wiring diagrams and SOPs. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and quality systems.
