Job Description: As an Accounts Executive, you will manage daily financial activities, including invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and compliance reporting. You will work closely with the finance, procurement, and operations teams to maintain financial accuracy and accountability within SAP systems. Key Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices and employee expenses as per company policy. Perform bank reconciliations and manage uploads to SAP. Handle reconciliation of GSTR 2A and vendor ledgers. Maintain GR/IR and SR/IR reconciliations. Support monthly closing and audit processes. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for timely resolution of discrepancies.
