Job Description: As a Service Engineer, you will provide technical support and field servicing for laboratory instruments supplied by Borosil Scientific. Your role will involve installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and regular maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Perform installation and calibration of lab instruments at client sites. Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance as per schedule. Provide technical support remotely and on-site. Document service reports, feedback, and resolution timelines. Collaborate with sales and application teams for customer engagement. Train users on instrument operation and basic troubleshooting.
