Job Description

Operate and program CNC machines for precision machining operations. We are looking for a skilled and responsible CNC Operator to operate and monitor CNC machines for producing high-quality components as per engineering drawings and specifications. The candidate should ensure productivity, quality standards, and workplace safety. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC Turning, VMC, and CNC Milling machines. Load and unload raw materials and finished components. Read and understand engineering drawings, work instructions, and process sheets. Set machine parameters as per job requirements. Measure components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and other measuring instruments. Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met. Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance. Report machine issues and production defects to the supervisor. Maintain production records and documentation. Follow company safety rules and 5S practices. ITI / Diploma in Fitter, Turner, Machinist, CNC Operator, or related trade. 10th / 12th Pass with relevant CNC experience may also apply.
