Job Description

A Production Engineer is responsible for planning, monitoring, and improving manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective production. They work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to optimize productivity, reduce downtime, and maintain product quality standards. 10th + 12th + ITI (Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Tool & Die Maker, CNC Operator, etc.) Knowledge of manufacturing and production processes. Ability to read basic engineering drawings. Familiarity with CNC/VMC/SPM machines is an advantage. Understanding of measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Good problem-solving and teamwork skills. Basic computer knowledge for production reporting.
