Job Description

A Press Shop Operator is responsible for operating mechanical, hydraulic, or power press machines to produce sheet metal components as per production and quality requirements. The operator ensures safe machine operation, proper material handling, and adherence to production targets. Key Responsibilities Operate press machines safely and efficiently. Load and unload sheet metal components into press machines. Perform die setting assistance and basic machine adjustments. Inspect finished components for dimensions and quality standards. Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities. Maintain production records and daily output reports. Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and 5S practices. Ensure proper handling of tools, dies, and raw materials. Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams for production activities.
