Job Description

Handles the operation of computers, monitors system performance, manages data entry, and ensures smooth functioning of hardware and software. Monitoring and Control: Continuously monitor computer systems and networks for errors, performance issues, and security breaches. Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network problems, often escalating issues to higher-level IT personnel. Backup and Recovery: Execute and oversee daily backup operations and data recovery processes to ensure data integrity and minimize downtime. System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates, hardware checks, and preventative measures. Documentation: Maintain accurate logs and documentation of system operations, issues, and resolutions.
